Here are some steps to try to troubleshoot why grades aren’t transferring;

• Ensure the LTI Settings in your activity are set to send scores to the LMS.
• Ensure that when you inserted the activity there was an Add Grade Item pop up window and you selected Add Grade Item.
• Review which activities have scoring on the H5P website.
• Verify that the Summary/Submit screen is available to students before making the activity available. You must enable the summary/submit screen in order for grades to transfer to the gradebook.
• Users can review student participation, attempts, and submission data from the Reports section of H5P. This is another method to check if information is being recorded.
