If you do not see the Creator+ Authoring Tools icon or can’t find H5P in the Insert Stuff menu please contact Avenue support. For Avenue support, users can submit tickets by emailing avenue@mcmaster.ca or by visiting the IT Service Portal homepage. After logging in, expand the option for ‘Submit a Request’, then select ‘Teaching and Learning’, and finally ‘Learning Management’.
